We are super excited to have such amazing women sharing their knowledge with you at our open house experience!

You may have seen this flyer hanging around, and were curious about what these presentations are actually going to be about. Good question.
It's not just sales pitches. Yes, of course, we are professionals with businesses in our respective fields, but that's not the focus here. For us, what we do is not just a job, it's a passion. We also believe in education and empowerment in our community. An open house is a beautiful, laid back way for us to do our part in building a healthier, happier world!
We would love to see you at one, or more of the following presentations:
4:00 pm - Hip House: Your Emotional Epicenter with Abby Mac
Join Abby to learn about how the hips are the epicenter for holding emotions like grief and anger. Your hips are connected with your adrenal glands which rule your fight or flight responses and when they are suppressed, they can manifest into bigger issues. Oftentimes the body will be unable to release them and they will manifest as tightness, muscle weakness, illness, or even open the door to injury. She’ll be diving deeper into this topic and give tips on how you can work towards overcoming this.
4:30 pm - Owning Your Session (and Life!) with Tawney Welch
"Owning Your Session (And Life!) is a little chit chat about how small moments of honoring your wants and needs can lead to big changes in self-advocacy! Considering placing big boundaries in life can feel daunting and be hard to maintain. Finding small moments (like in your session - which should be totally tailored to you!) to advocate for your sense of comfort and security reinforces the trust you have in yourself. Join us in a conversation about how some slight changes can lead to greater peace in your life!"
5:00 pm - Empowerment Through Motion: with Marie Paulisich
Come explore the empowering intersection of women’s self-defense, exercise, and fitness, highlighting techniques and practices designed to build strength, confidence, and personal safety. Learn about how to stay physically fit and how my self-defense course will help you master essential self-defense skills tailored to real-world scenarios. We’ll also discuss the mental health benefits of these classes, emphasizing how they boost resilience and reduce stress.
5:30 pm - Demystifying Energywork with Paula VanBaalen
Let's be honest, we've all met or heard about that person who was "out there" with some of their beliefs. And many would have that same skepticism around energy and energywork. This is not a talk about your average woo-woo stereotypes. This is an offering to look at things a little different. To be open to the possibility of things that cannot be fully explained. To give yourself a new avenue for healing.
6:00 pm - Women's Pelvic Health Rehabilitation
Come and learn from Beth Lind, DPT from Sister Strength PT about women's pelvic health and common conditions that can be treated with this type of therapy. You will also learn a little bit about women's pelvic anatomy and how this type of therapy may help you. You will also learn the benefits of pelvic rehab along with helpful hints on bladder and bowel health.
6:30 pm - When Less is More with Dena Johnson
“When Less Is More” explores the crucial role of integration in the healing and personal development journey, with a focus on how massage and bodywork can support this process. This presentation will highlight the importance of creating space to listen to your body, process experiences, and honor what it truly needs. Join us as we celebrate the power of slowing down and how to build balance and inner connection!
P.S. Enjoying a presentation will earn you an extra ticket to enter to win one of THIRTEEN gift baskets! It's our way of saying "Thank you for being open to learning and growing."
