Receptionist

If you or someone you know are looking for more than a job, something that will truly make a difference in people’s lives, this is the position for you! The ideal candidate will be positive, friendly and thrive in a busy environment. The ability to handle a wide variety of people and tasks simultaneously while maintaining outstanding customer service is required.

We’re looking for a new team member for evening and weekend shifts who can provide outstanding customer service while creating a warm and professional welcome to our busy massage therapy office. As our receptionist, the successful candidate will also have a passion and enthusiasm for natural wellness, excellent communication skills, computer expertise, and be detail orientated. This position is part time, working evenings. During the school year, you must be able to work the two Saturdays a month we are open.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Ohana Therapeutic Massage, a multi-therapist pain and stress relief clinic, is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist at our Hibbing office. We are an energetic, established, and growing massage therapy clinic that utilizes a variety of massage and bodywork techniques to enhance the health of our clients.

This is an employment job position, working flexible hours Monday through Friday. During the school year, you are required to work one Saturday a month. In this position, hours of massage scheduled in a single day are negotiable. Continuing education reimbursement is available after 3 months of employment. Part time position is available, with the option of growing to full time.

The ideal candidate is flexible, hard working, and self motivated. If you enjoy working in a healing environment and helping people manage their pain and stress in a relaxed clinical setting, then we encourage you to apply for this position.

Qualified applicants must be licensed in the city of Hibbing and maintain liability insurance. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Deep tissue skills are a must. This is an excellent opportunity for an LMT who wants to be valued for their skills and knowledge. Must enjoy working in a clinical massage environment and like developing relationships with your clients and developing continual of care plans.

Essential Qualifications

  • Willingness to engage clients about their goals and needs, offer the best treatment or therapist for them, and discuss plans for their return or ongoing wellness.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Deep Tissue Massage and/or Therapeutic Massage
  • Proper SOAP note documentation
  • Must be a team player who is willing to help others and the business do their best and succeed.
